New to the Land O’ Lakes area, and in need of a plumber, we called Anthony Gennaro Plumbing and to our delight we received quick service, but affordable/reasonable charges. We would recommend Anthony Gennaro Plumbing to anyone looking for good honest service.
When it comes to exceptional plumbing services the Gennaro’s are it! We have used the Gennaro’s plumbing & contracting services in emergency and non emergency situations and have been extremely pleased. Their services are always of the utmost of professionalism, and affordability. The Gennaro’s quality of service speaks for itself…..our satisfaction with this company has met our expectation!
Once again Gennaro Plumbing has been there for my family. Being up in New Tampa, it’s sometimes difficult to find companies that service this area. But as usual the service from Gennaro’s was prompt and price reasonable. Thanks!

Gennaro Plumbing is the kind of local, family-owned business that I prefer to deal with. They were responsive, listened to my needs, and provided a cost-effective solution. They met my every expectation of professionalism, expertise, and value.
On a weekday evening, I came home to find my wife plunging the kitchen sink. Stopped up with dirty water and bits of food from the garbage disposal, the sink was a mess. Having used Gennaro Plumbing in the past, I knew who to call. Anthony Sr. answered the phone right away, remembered me, and talked me through a fairly simple fix. Within ten minutes I had cleaned out a clog in the trap, and the sink was working like a charm. It’s nice to find a plumber with patience, good humor, and more interest in helping a customer than running up a bill.
Because I could not reach my usual plumber on a Saturday, I called Anthony, not knowing whether he would be able to fix my problem-a blocked cleanout line. He said he would be able to handle the situation and made an appointment for 1 p.m. True to his word, he and his son arrived at my home at the appointed time and were able to deal with my plumbing needs in a relatively short time AND the price was very reasonable. I plan to use his services in the future.
I commend Anthony Gennaro for his commitment to customer service and satisfaction! I contacted him to ask a question about a potential service call and after listening to my home project, offered an alternative solution. He assisted me by offering information to a customer support department offered by the manufacturer of my faucet. This information allowed me to contact and get support by the manufacturer as well as a free part needed to fix my leaking faucet. This business WOW-ed me with exemplary customer service! They exceeded my expectations, and I will make sure I spread the word to my family and friends. If and when I need service from a plumbing contractor, I know who to call! Thank you Sir!
